A native of India, Srijita (Sri) grew up in the painted deserts of the United Arab Emirates. Being a non-resident Indian exposed her to love and appreciate several cultures, concurrently paving her path to visual storytelling.

Sri is based in Athens, Ohio, and recently graduated with her Masters degree in Visual Communications from Ohio University.

She is currently working with Athens Photographic Project; a Southeast Ohio arts nonprofit dedicated to using photography as a tool for self-expression, personal growth, and social change within the journey of mental health recovery.
