A native of India, Srijita (Sri) grew up in the painted deserts of the United Arab Emirates. Being a non-resident Indian exposed her to love and appreciate several cultures, concurrently paving her path to visual storytelling.

Sri holds a MA in visual communications from Ohio University (Go Bobcats) and a BA in photojournalism from Western Kentucky University (Go Hilltoppers.) She also holds a BA in Mass Communication from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education in Dubai. Most recently Sri served as the Interim Social Enterprise Photo Coordinator for the Athens Photographic Project.

Sri is currently based in Oxford, Mississippi,  and works as a photographer with the University Marketing & Communications department for The University of Mississippi (Go Rebels.)
